YOUR VENDOR APPLICATION AND AGREEMENT MUST BE SIGNED, DATED AND ON-FILE AT THE CENTER. ANY APPLICATIONS RECEIVED WITHOUT THE AGREEMENT SIGNED WILL BE RETURNED WITHOUT PROCESSING. NO APPLICATION IS COMPLETE WITHOUT PAYMENT.

2022 Gainesville Pride Parade Festival hours are Saturday, October 22, 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Upon acceptance of your application by Pride Community Center of North Central Florida, Inc. you will be assigned a space number and sent email confirmation by October 15, 2022.

Applicants are responsible for all transportation from parking areas and from the festival site. Any unauthorized vehicles left on the festival site after the conclusion of the festival are subject to towing at the owner’s expense. Vendors must be packed up and off-site by 9:30 p.m.

At the festival site, serving or selling any food or beverages including water is prohibited, unless a food vendor application has been submitted and approved.

Vendors must supply table cover and table skirt.
